These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Blue Vxlvet for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be dispatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. – please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
We start work on your order immediately, so no cancellation is allowed.
RETURNS POLICY
As all products are made to order, we will only issue refunds for faulty or incorrect items. If you would like to re-order an item in a different size, we can offer an exchange but cannot reimburse you for the cost of return postage.
To contact us about returning an item, please email orders@bluevxlvet.com and state your order number. We will aim to solve your issue within 5 working days.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment through Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
DELIVERY
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. We will aim to dispatch your order 1-2 days after it has been placed.
UK DELIVERY
All orders placed by UK customers will usually arrive 1-2 working days after the order has been dispatched, however, as Royal Mail have been known to deliver up to 7 days after an item has been sent, we cannot investigate the whereabouts of an order until this time has passed. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and are therefore untracked, so if your order has not arrived after 7 working days please contact us at orders@bluevxlvet.com with your order number.
EU AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Orders to EU customers are expected to arrive between 6-8 days after dispatch, and in up to 10 working days for customers outside of the EU. If your order has not arrived after this time has passed, please contact us at orders@bluevxlvet.com with your order number.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Blue Vxlvet nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Blue Vxlvet or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
